Delivery & Lead Times
Standard orders are typically produced and delivered within 3-5 weeks from order confirmation. Custom RAL frame colours usually add around 2 additional weeks.
Important Delivery Information
- Lead times are estimates: delivery timing can vary based on freight schedules and demand.
- Delivery delays: we are not liable for delivery occurring later than estimated windows.
- Curbside delivery: included with your order and pricing includes free non-rural delivery.
- Unloading support: the purchaser is responsible for helping unload the truck at delivery.
- Site readiness: customers must ensure safe and practical access for delivery.
