3-Year Standard Warranty
Every Blind Hub order includes a standard 3-year warranty. If a covered component has a manufacturing fault, we will work with you to assess and resolve it.
What Is Covered
- Frame, hardware, and drive components are covered for manufacturing defects.
- Fabric performance is covered for manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
- Warranty applies for 3 years from order delivery date.
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
- Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic ageing, and events outside normal operating conditions.
- Third-party installation issues, including work carried out by independent installers.

We review the claim and may request additional details.

If approved, we arrange the appropriate remedy in line with this warranty.
