1. Custom-Made Orders
All products are custom made to the dimensions and specifications submitted by the purchaser.
2. No Refunds After Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, no refunds are available. Please review your details carefully before confirming.
3. Customer Measurement Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring dimensions are correct. Blind Hub is not liable for costs arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
4. Delivery Timing
Delivery and production dates are estimates only. Blind Hub is not liable for delays beyond estimated lead times.
5. Delivery Conditions
Curbside delivery is included. The purchaser is responsible for assisting with truck unloading and ensuring safe delivery access.
